Welcome to the evolution of a 12-year project that, when I was creating it, I was unaware of the essence that would bleed into my future works. I personally can't believe that Fuck The Radio was the seed that has created what BLK Rites is becoming. I mean... Maybe I can, because what's more revolutionary than saying fuck the frequencies your system is using to program my people? Wow! If I had a time machine, I'd really high-five my younger self for being bold and passionate enough to complete a project with a message like this. Please watch the video below to further understand what I will be discussing in this post and later on the next episode of the Shifting Frequencies Podcast. Where Do I Start? The BLK Rites book: Frequent The Frequency is the seed of the new mission, and the book outlines a philosophy and tactics that we can implement in our lives. We begin the process of decentralization by taking back control of our habits and behaviors. We must divest from the systems that "make our lives easier" but ultimately cripple us, and then reinvest in our own natural given abilities to do these very same things. As technology has become ever more sophisticated, so has the means to engage with physical wellness. Across the nation, there are a vast amount of gyms, supplements, and vitamins, and yet the United States of America is riddled with obesity. Obviously, the ever more sophisticated means to engage in this dimension are not the magic bullet answer to true physical wellness. There is no need to buy expensive gym equipment, dietary supplements, or have to be limited to the location of a gym. We are the ultimate exercise machine. - excerpt from Frequent The Frequency (Physical Wellness: Simplification) By subscribing to the capitalistic McFitness prisons, we willingly forfeit the power we hold over our own health. Imagine if the benefits of fitness were wrapped into a pill, there would be a Fitness pill epidemic within the week. To share just a few benefits this pill would contain:
Honestly, we could go on for quite a while listing the scientific benefits of an active lifestyle, and couple that with healthy eating... Wow! Honestly, that may be too radical of an idea because we'd probably cripple the healthcare system. Yet, we surrender to convenience and prefer a JAB or a pill to the real deal fixes we were blessed with. So where do we start you ask? We start by decentralizing our health care and crash BIG PHARMA. Actually, I might name the act of decentralizing your health Operation (FBP) Fuck Big Pharma!! Anyway, where can you start?
